Componex leads the converting industry in designing and manufacturing cutting edge dead shaft idlers. The line of WINertia idler rolls with WINtrac high release coatings feature state of the art technology and are specifically designed to meet the demands of the converting industry.
The website was designed to provide visitors with a fast yet educational overview of the product line. It features videos and animations that demonstrate how the product technology actually works. We worked with Componex to create an online WINertia calculator, a tool that specifies the ideal idler roll based on their unique specifications.
